We’re a cosplay team consisting of Hannah and My based out of central Texas. We met over our combined love of Magical Girls, Anime, and Horror movies. It took only one group cosplay together to realize we made a great team! Our costumes mainly focus on sewing techniques as well as historical practices. We love interacting with fellow cosplayers to trade tips and tricks as well as to share our love of fandom together!

Howdy! I'm My, of BobbinVomit and I started my cosplay journey in 2010.My work mainly consists of historical and couture techniques, with a focus on plus sized and adaptive sewing. While I mostly focus on sewing, I work hard to expand my skills beyond that with every costume I do!Cosplay is very dear to my heart and I am so grateful to be able to continue growing and learning in this community. Talking fandom and cosplay with other people is my favorite part of going to conventions.Outside of cosplay I love talking about insects and my pets!

Hi there! I’m Hannah of BobbinVomit. I started out with a love of theater, costuming, and fashion, so when My introduced me to cosplay in 2017 it all just clicked together and gave me a new outlet where I could combine all the things I loved into a neat little package.I love any excuse to visit my local library or a used-bookstore to crack open a nice dusty book, so historical and vintage projects are some of my favorites. Working with resin and paint comes close to second though and I’m always looking for something new to experiment with.
